Mark the intersection with a pen.
Then use the size to measure the length of the rope or strip of paper.
Choose a similar ring size from the ring size chart.

The average ring size available for women is from size 3 to size 9.
The ring sizes that women often buy are sizes 5 to 7. Number 6 is particularly popular.

The ring should fit the fingers and be comfortable to wear: it just fits and won’t fall off, but it should be loose enough so that it can slide over the knuckles relatively easily.
If the knuckle is thicker than the base of the finger, measure two parts and choose a size between the two.
Please measure in the evening when your fingers are relatively warm. Different times of the day and weather factors may affect the ring size, and the finger size will become smaller in the morning and when the weather is cold. Also, keep in mind that the fingers of your dominant hand are generally thicker.
Measure 3 to 4 times to improve accuracy.
